Crap! I hate Mondays. The start of the work week makes me feel nauseous. O.A.... I was too lazy to get up and yet, I still arrived at the office very early. Maybe because I'm kinda sick. Been sneezing since last night. Must be the weather. Need to take vitamins more often. Poor me...so sickly. Crap!

Bata pa lang ako, pangarap ko nang maging fairy. Sa kasamaang palad, hindi nangyari yon. Kahit sa mga school plays, wala talaga. Kaya naman ang saya ko kanina. Halloween Party namin sa office. At ako ay isang fairy. F-A-I-R-Y. Di lang basta-basta fairy... isa akong pink na fairy. Karir! Pero sabi nila mukha daw akong alitaptap. Naranasan ko na ding magkaron ng pakpak. Pero hindi akop nanalo. Ang panalo ay ang opismeyt kong nag-Willy Wonka.

My week didn't start right. Since morning, I was feeling so, so "malas". Why?

1. There was heavy traffic. Good thing I wasn't late for work.
2. Manong driver was kinda excited. He drove really fast (pang-roller coaster). As in FAST talaga!
3. I wasn't able to have coffee this morning.
4. Cliff, my officemate, accidentally dropped his hot choco at me. (just imagine my "new look" the whole afternoon)
5. I felt so ugly the whole day.

Hopefully tomorrow would be a great day for me. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Nagkalat na ang mga conio. Sa mall,sa coffee shop, sa banyo, sa opisina, sa kalye, sa ministop, sa kanto, sa jeep. Haay ewan. Kamalas-malasan naman at madami akong matatawag kong "Conio Encounters". Eto ang tatlo sa pinaka- nakakairitang conio encounters sa tanang buhay ko. Enjoy!

CONIO ENCOUNTER #1
Saan: Jeep papuntang Ayala Ave.
Storya: Habang nakasakay ako sa jeep papasok sa opisina, may nagdadaldalan na dalawang babaeng conio. Eto ang usapan:
        Conio Girlette #1: Girl, sale ngayon sa Glorietta. Wanna shop later?
        Conio Girlette #2: Yeah, oo nga. Shop tayo after work, girl. I really wanna buy this top sa Terranova. Sobrang nice, as innnnn.
        Conio Girlette #1: Ok sige. I'll kwento this to my officemates baka gusto din nilang mag-shop later. You see I have this sobrang mayaman na officemate. Grabe she's like sobrang rich talaga.....

I recently stopped buying fashion magazines. After 5 years of spending 120 bucks (monthly), I made this pledge not to get tempted to buy an issue. Believe me, it was one difficult decision since I consider it as my collection. The last magazine I bought was Marie Claire where Bianca Gonzales (my idol) is the cover girl. Hopefully, I would be able to resist the temptation of buying. Heck, back issues won’t hurt. Only 60 pesos. Haha!

My right foot is sore… After window-shopping (which also means walking) non-stop for 3 hours yesterday, I have this aching right foot. I think I have swollen, broken bones (if there’s such a thing), haha! I can’t walk properly. Wearing heels to work adds throbbing to my aching foot. Lesson learned: Do not wear heels if you’re going to walk for more than one hour…

Today is my last working day here at FNS. At last, I'm free. Hehehe. But I will surely miss my friends (aka...the Voltes 5 girls) Wowie, Kitchie, Lanie and Weng. Also Jay-r and Ronald. Last Friday,we hung out at Music 21 and sang our hearts out. Despedida party ko daw yon. We slept at Wowie's place after. Haayyyy..mamimiss ko talaga tong mga makukulet na to.

Yes. My college friend is getting married this October. We were chatting this morning when she blurted out this great news. She asked me if I also have plans of getting married, I said yes, of course. But not now, in 2-3 years maybe. As older people say, "kailangang paghandaan ang pagaasawa..". Of course I want to get married, I'm only 24 and I want to enjoy life more. Marriage can wait. No need to rush things.

Well, I wish all the best for Joy and her future hubbie. :)

While having dinner last night, Harbey and I (with Warren and friends)saw Kristine Hermosa and Diether Ocampo. They were seated next to our table (Kitchen @GB3). I didn't recognize Kristine at first. I thought she was my classmate in college (I have a super mestiza classmate back then). She's maputi...sexy... that's all. In my opinion, she's not that striking. Di ko nga cya namukhaan agad eh. Hehe. I suddenly remembered her boob-tube booboos and blind items wahahaha!!

After dinner, we watched Ice Age 2. So funny, grabe! I wasn't able to watch the first one though. I love Sid and that acorn-addict squirrel. Haha! That was the only movie where I saw Warren laugh so loud. FYI, Warren is one serious person. The movie was worth watching. Nakaka-tanggal ng stress, sobra!

Yesterday, Warren, Joan, Harbey and I went at Harbor Square just to "tambay". Warren insisted to go there coz he misses the sunset. Ang senti pare! Good thing, there is a small tiangge in the middle of the square. Wee!

We had dinner at Zigurat in Jupiter street. It is a Mediterranean resto where you can sit on the floor and eat all the Mediterranean food served in front of you. I love their Lassi, sweet yogurt drink. Yum yum!! Looking forward to dine there again!

I have a gay officemate and he (or she) helped me pick the right color of lipgloss. He (or she) told me the best lipgloss should match your skin color. He (or she) suggested this peachy-pink gloss because it matches my morena skin. Haha! Aliw!

Fukien

I'm really interested in learning different languages. Back in college, I took up two Foreign Language classes (Spanish & Nihonggo) and got so into it. (ok, I usually fall asleep during Spanish class) So after dinner last Friday, I told Harbey to teach me Fukien. That was my first Fukien lesson ever. He first taught me basic commonly used conversations that are easy to memorize. I had a hard time perfecting the "accent". I was like, "para naman akong ngongo". I wrote the words Harbey taught me so I would be able to memorize them, haha!

I need to lose weight asap!!! But my officemates say I'm not that fat naman. I stopped eating rice na and I do sit-ups. Haayy, I guess I need to stack up on wheat bread starting today!

Why is losing weight so damn difficult??!!!
